2014 was quite a journey for me and I bet it was for you too!  There are so many things I am grateful for in 2014 and so many new goals to set for 2015!

What are you grateful for?

Goodbye 2014

I’m grateful for the continued happiness and health of my family and friends, the joy and satisfaction my brand new business brought me built on my terms, the adventure and travel I experienced as well as the steadfast love of my wonderful husband and children. For me, 2014 was a year of self-discovery in both my life and business. It’s been exactly a year since I started writing this blog and it started so differently from where I am now. In the first half of 2014, I looked back at my 2013 year where I had made so many changes! In 2013, I left my direct sales job to focus more on family, travel, fun and exploring the work I love most; coaching! I wrote about my newest passions which included health, exercise, real food, happiness and adventure. I blogged about starting new habits like drinking water, reducing caffeine, enjoying exercise and cooking real food. By the end of the first half of 2014, I left a legacy of real food recipes from my childhood for my children and in 2015 I will compile all these recipes, blogs and my 5 Steps to eating Real Food guide into one e-book. This is one of my goals for 2015!

As my coaching business started taking shape in the second half of the year, I began to realize that I still loved and wanted to work with direct sales leaders and their teams and this has driven the direction for Sandra Butler Coaching’s upcoming events, coaching niche and new consulting programs. And so in September, my blogging became about how to help you, the direct sales leader and your team succeed in your business! I will be continuing in 2015 to help with solutions to the frustrations you experience and with strategies to help you increase your bottom line. You can start the New Year right with my new e-book, Direct Sales Leader’s Coaching Checklist: 15 Effective Tips to Confidently Coach Your Direct Sales Team to a Successful Start!

Hello January Hello 2015

My personal goals include having more fun with family and friends, continuing to get healthier, traveling to more places, volunteering my time more to causes I believe in, reading more books, being more grateful and helping more business women to grow their direct sales business! I don’t make New Year’s resolutions which usually fizzle out after a few weeks because they aren’t usually well thought out. Every New Year I do write out all the goals I want to achieve in that year with a well laid out plan and goal completion date.

What are your 2015 New Year Goals? Write all of them down!

Don’t you just love the possibilities this new start brings? It’s so exciting to have a blank page to start with! Doing this one simple activity at the beginning of 2015 will give focus and direction to your actions in your life and business all year long! Take some quiet time today (or in the next few days). Grab your journal and a cup of tea or coffee and write out what you want to accomplish in 2015. What are your 2015 New Year goals? Figure out how you can start to achieve these goals, what activities or intentions you need to make as well as the date you want to complete these goals.

Leave me  a comment and let me know how I can help you with your 2015 business goals? I look forward to 2015 with YOU!
