Sinful Bites!

Sinful Bites! I hardly ever make dessert! I just don’t have a sweet tooth anymore. Ever since I cut sugar I hardly ever miss it! When I do, I have a high quality dark chocolate and that usually does the trick!

My kids are another thing! Let’s face it sometimes my kids want sugar! I’ve come a long way in reducing my family’s sugar intake. This recipe seems to curb the “Why don’t you ever buy cookies anymore!” disagreements!

I make these with any type of butter I have. I’ll use peanut, almond, sunflower or cashew but cashew is my personal favourite! The taste of the raw chocolate and cashew butter with the coconut makes these a super sinful bite in my mind!

Seeds are tiny but they are packed with nutrients like protein, fibre, iron, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids. You should make these seeds part of your everyday diet. If you want to know how I started my family eating real food subscribe to my newsletter and get recipes, motivation and inspiration to eat healthy too!

This recipe takes no time at all to make! Come back and let me know how you love it! I know it will become a favourite like it is for my family!

  1. Oh, these look simply delicious! I’m adding some ingredients to my shopping list 🙂

  2. I love these little bites. I have been seeing different versions popping up all over the place. My only thing is that, yes they are perfectly portioned, but I think I would have a hard time stopping at just one or two!

  3. G’day! Sinfully delicious!

    Cheers! Joanne

  4. Hi Sandra! I’m stopping over from Let’s Get Real. You know I just had to check these out. I love all of these modern day versions of no-bake cookies. They are so delicous and filled with all kinds of great ingredients that I am more than happy to feed my family. I have everything to make these except the hemp seeds. Do you buy them at the grocery store or a specialty store? I buy from an organic co-op and they have a vegan baker who makes these really delicious hemp seed energy bars. My kids love them. I don’t tell them they are “Vegan”. Why put a label on food? Just eat good delicious real food I say.

  5. These look delicious! You can’t go wrong with chocolate, nut butter and coconut! Thanks for sharing them with the Let’s Get Real party. I’m pinning this to our group board and tweeting.

    Sandra-

OMG- these are so delish. I made them this morning with the ingredients I had on hand (almond butter instead of cashew butter) and so easy to make.
Thank you for sharing this- and allowing me to get my chocolate fix in one -or two- sinful bites!!
