As an experienced Business Coach and former Direct Sales Executive Leader, I work exclusively with overwhelmed, new direct sales / network marketing leaders who are looking to become better leaders and get to the next level. I help them to get clear about their life and business goals and assist these leaders to navigate through the beginning stages and struggles of their leadership. I help them to build systems to calm their overwhelm and help them to develop effective leadership activities so they become better leaders, get to the next level and begin to generate the income they desire.
You’ll benefit from my educational background that includes a BA Honours in Psychology from Queen’s University, a certificate in Adult Education from the University of New Brunswick, a Coaching certificate from Erickson College as well as my experience as an Employment Counselor, Adult Educator and Trainer. I was a Founding Direct Sales Leader for a successful direct marketing business where I led and coached a team of over 800 consultants. Most recently, I contributed to both the national and international expansion of a direct sales company by coaching leaders and rising stars in leadership and growth activities in both a one on one and group coaching capacity.
